Are your shoes authentic?

No. We sell high quality replicas. Our factories use the highest quality materials to match exactly the same materials used in the authentic pairs. We utilize the exact same molds and each pair is handcrafted to perfection.

How long does it take to ship and do I get a tracking number?

Ship time is about 10-15 days shipped via International Express. Your package will be hand delivered by the United States Postal Service. We’ll provide tracking numbers upon request. Signature confirmation is required before delivery.

What if I am not home when the package arrives?

The United States Post Office will leave a Post card in your mailbox letting you know that you’ve missed the delivery. You can take the postcard to the nearest post office to pick up your package. If you missed your delivery, please try to pick up your package ASAP! We are not responsible for packages getting returned to us. You will need to pay additional shipping fees for us to reship it.

If I want to cancel or request a refund, do I call my credit card company or bank?

Under no circumstance should you ever call your bank to dispute a transaction with us. It will prolong your refund, because it takes up to 45 days for your bank to finalize all the paperwork. All you have to do is send us an email and we’ll take care of it promptly. Your refund will go back to your account within 3 business days (depending on your bank’s crediting policy).
